The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 18.9.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 7648 of 2019. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the cause title of Writ Petition (S) No. 7648 of 2019 as well as in the order dated 18.9.2019 passed in the said writ petition, the particulars of the petitioner have been inadvertently reflected as "Shaskiya Uchchatar Madhyamik Shala Sakari, Nivasi- Gram Sakari, Thana Sakari" instead of "Shashkiya Prathmik Shala, Chingrajpara, Vikas Khand Belha, Nivasi- Bangalipara, Gali No.3, Naya Sarkanda, Thana Sarkanda" which are the correct particulars of the petitioner and therefore he prays for modification to this extent.

State Counsel does not dispute the modification sought for. 4.

Accordingly, the particulars of the petitioner reflected in the cause title of Writ Petition (S) No. 7648 of 2019 as well as in the order dated 18.9.2019 passed in the said writ petition as "Shaskiya Uchchatar Madhyamik Shala Sakari, Nivasi- Gram Sakari, Thana Sakari" stand deleted. The particulars of the petitioner in the cause title of Writ Petition (S) No. 7648 of 2019 as well as in the order dated 18.9.2019 passed in the said writ petition now shall be read as in the following manner:

"Smt. Rama Sahu, W/o Ramkumar Sahu, aged about 62 years, Sevanivritt Sahayak Shikshak, Shashkiya Prathmik Shala, Chingrajpara, Vikas Khand Belha, Nivasi- Bangalipara, Gali No.3, Naya Sarkanda, Thana Sarkanda, Jila Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh". 5.

The MCC is allowed accordingly. Registry is directed to place a copy of this order in the records of Writ Petition (S) No. 7648 of 2019. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) /sharad/ JUDGE
