1. Heard.

2. Petitioner's writ petition challenging the validity of paragraph 1 of the "Chhattisgarh Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste Development Department, Subordinate (Class-III Ministerial) Service Recruitment Rules, 2013" was disposed of after recording statement by the State in its counter affidavit stating that the said part of the rule which has been challenged in the petition shall be re-visited by the General Administration Department of the State Government.

3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that neither the respondents are re-visiting the rules nor the applicant is able to file fresh petition because of the statement made by them while responding to the writ petition.

4. Considering that no writ was issued by this Court while passing the order on 30.04.2019 in Writ Petition(S) No.1837 of 2017, the present contempt is disposed of with observation that if the respondents fails to re-visit the rules, as stated by them in the return of Writ Petition (S) No.1837 of 2017 within a period of four months from today, the applicant would be at liberty to file fresh writ petition before this Court.
