The respondent No.1 today, on instructions from the State Govt., has produced a document whereby an order of appointment issued in favour of the petitioner has been produced before the court and copy of which is also served to the counsel for the petitioner. Given the fact that the order passed by this court on 16.07.2018 in WPS No. 355 of 2016 has since been complied with though belatedly, this court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in this contempt petition.

Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail any other remedies, if any of his grievance is still survives, the present contempt petition stands disposed of and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
