1. The Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 16.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 6551/2014.

2. During the course of hearing, it has been reflected that two writ appeals have already been filed challenging aforesaid order passed by this Court.

3. In view of the fact that an order is already subjected to appeal in two writ appeals i.e. the writ appeals Nos. 573/2019 and 589/2019, this Court is of the opinion that no contempt petition as on date is made out. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach this Court after the disposal of the aforesaid two writ appeals.
