Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 12/12/2018 Heard on prayer for modification of order dated 20.09.2018 passed in CRMP 1283 of 2018.

From the perusal of records of CRMP No.1283 of 2018 and the pleadings on affidavit made in this petition, it has to be observed that the order for release of vehicle passed on 20th of September, 2018 in CRMP No.1283 of 2018 was in respect of Vehicle No.CG.11-B 4338, in connection with Crime No.707 of 2017 (State Vs. Avinash Dubey) in Special Criminal Case No.8 of 2018 pending before Special Judge, NDPS Ambikapur. Upon production of this order, learned Special Judge shall forthwith pass an order of release of vehicle and compliance shall be reported to this Court through the Registrar General. The CRMP is accordingly disposed off.
