The trial Court has acquitted the accused/respondents of the charge under Sections 302 and 120(B) of IPC vide judgment dated 27.02.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pendra Road, District Bilaspur, C.G. in Sessions Trial No.16/2018.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the evidence on record, the CRMP No.2553 of 2019 is allowed.

State is granted leave to file appeal against acquittal. Let regular acquittal appeal be registered and also notice thereof be issued to the respondents on payment of process fee as per rules. Simultaneously, bailable warrant for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- be issued against each of the respondents for their appearance before this Court on 2nd March, 2020.
