Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board
13/12/2018 1.
The challenge in the present writ petition is to the advertisement dated 22/06/2018 against the post of Guest Faculty. 2.
During the course of the argument, on a query being put to the counsel for the petitioners as to whether the advertisement has been acted upon or not, he fairly submits that the advertisement has in fact been acted upon and the petitioners had participated in the said advertisement and they have also been found selected at a different college and the place where the petitioners were seeking appointment has already been filled by some other selected candidates.
3.
Given the said fact that the appointments have been made from the advertisement under challenge, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present case as of now. Reserving the right of the petitioners to raise their dispute in respect of any monetary claim against the respondents by way of separate proceeding, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
