Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner working in District Hospital, Kanker has been transferred to Primary Health Centre, Aamabeda, Block Antagarh by order dated 12/07/2019 which is around 50-60 kms. It is contended that the petitioner is low paid employee and husband of the petitioner is driver, he is working at Kanker, therefore as per the policy of the State normally husband and wife are to be kept at the same place. It is contended that the petitioner is still working at Kanker, therefore transfer of the petitioner may be cancelled. 2.

Considering the fact that husband of the petitioner is driver working at Kanker and further taking into submission of the petitioner that the petitioner is still working at Kanker, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of three weeks from today before the Grievance Redressal Committee. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 60 days. If transfer order dated

12/07/2019 in respect of the petitioner has not been given effect to and if the petitioner is still working at Kanker, she may not be relieved till the representation is decided.
