1. The Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 18.10.2019 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Abhanpur, Distt. Raipur.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the order is under challenge in the present writ petition is an appealable order before the Collector. In view of the fact that there is a statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner, the writ petition is not maintainable.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority by making an appeal promptly, the appellate authority is expected to decide the appeal within a period of 30 days from the date the appeal is filed, the writ petition stands disposed off.
