The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the advertisement dated 02/07/2018 issued for filling up of the post of Guest Faculty. 2.

During the course of hearing, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that, the advertisement has since been acted upon and the appointment orders also been issued and the selected candidates have also been joined their duties.

In view of the same this Court is of the opinion that, the relief which the petitioner has sought for cannot be granted as of now.

The Writ Petition stands disposed off, reserving the right of the petitioner to raise the dispute afresh in respect of any monetary dues that he has to get by the respondents.
