Limited prayer of the petitioner in this present writ petition is for appropriate direction to respondent No.2 to execute the order dated 30/10/2018 (Annexure P-1) whereby the payment of gratuity has been ordered.

Perusal of Annexure P-1 would show that already orders for payment of gratuity has been made, therefore unless the same is executed, it cannot remain an order on paper alone. Consequently, respondent No.2 is directed to accept the application filed under Section 8 of the Gratuity Act, 1972 so that recovery of the amount is made as expeditiously as possible so that ultimate fruit of the order is received by the petitioner at the earliest.
