The challenge in the present writ petition is to the advertisement dated 13/07/2018 against the post of Guest Faculty. 2.

During the course of the argument, on a query being put to the counsel for the petitioner as to whether the advertisement has been acted upon or not, he fairly submits that the advertisement has in fact been acted upon and the petitioner had participated in the said advertisement and the petitioner has also been found selected at a different college and the place where the petitioner was seeking appointment has already been filled by some other selected candidate.

Given the said fact that the appointments have been made from the advertisement under challenge, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present case as of now. Reserving the right of the petitioner to raise his dispute in respect of any monetary claim against the respondents by way of separate proceeding, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
