The challenge in the present writ petition is to the advertisement dated 25/06/2018 against the post of Guest Faculty. During the course of the arguments counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that as to whether the advertisement has since been acted upon. He further submits that the advertisement has infact been acted upon and the petitioner also had participated in the said advertisement and he has also been found selected at a different college and the place where the petitioner was seeking appointment have already been filed by some other selected candidate.

Given the said facts of the appointment have been made from the advertisement under challenge, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present case as of now. Reserving the right of the petitioners to raise their dispute in respect of any monetary claims against the respondent by way of separate proceeding, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
