Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from District Hospital, Durg to District Hospital, Mungeli on the administrative ground. It is contended that same has been done to accommodate one Neha Martin who was in Mungeli, District Hospital she has been transferred to District Hospital, Durg, therefore State cannot accommodate a particular employee and transfer another one. It is further contended that mother-in-law of the petitioner is suffering with paralysis and her mother is a cancer patient, therefore under the circumstances and for the fact that transferred place is more than 100 kms away, transfer order may be cancelled.

Perused the transfer list wherein it shows that one Neha Martin who is at serial No.22 on her own request has been transferred from District Hospital, Mungeli to District Hospital, Durg and in lieu the petitioner has
been transferred from District Hospital, Durg to District Hospital, Mungeli which is on administrative ground. Taking into such fact and the medical ground, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today before the Grievance Redressal Committee. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated 23/08/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to, if it has not been acted upon.
