The present contempt has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 14/03/2019 passed in WP(S) No. 1834 of 2019. Shri Amrito Das appearing for the respondent produces an order dated 10/02/2020; whereby the respondent has passed a fresh order treating the petitioner to have been dismissed from service on account of his getting convicted for an offence under the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

In view of the fact that the respondent has passed a fresh order on 10/02/2020, this Court is of the opinion that there is no contempt as such made out by the respondent in respect of the order dated 14/03/2019 passed in WP(S) No. 1834 of 2019.
