1. The petitioner who is working as Supervisor in the office of Integrated Child Development, District Korba has been transferred to Integrated Child Development Service Project, Dashrangpur, Kawardha-02, Distt. Kabirdham vide order dated 08.11.2019 (Annexure P-1) on administrative ground, which is under challenge in this petition.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred to a distant place i.e., Kawardha, which is 250 Kms, away from the present place i.e., Korba where she is working and the petitioner has not been relieved from the present place of posting as she is on medical leave. Learned counsel further submits that the husband of the petitioner is a

government servant and is posted at Korba where their two children are also studying, as such, her transfer in the mid academic session would cause extreme inconvenience and disturbance to their family life.

3. Given the aforesaid facts situation, the petitioner is given liberty to make a detailed representation to the Grievance Reddressal Committee raising all her grievances with entire documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 45 days from today.
