1. The present is a second application. The earlier bail application was rejected on merits by this Court on 12/07/2018. While preferring a second bail application the only change in circumstances is that the petitioner tries to make out that all other co-accused granted bail by the trial Court itself. On a query being put to the counsel for the petitioner, he fairly submits all those co-accused persons were released on bail prior to the order of this Court passed on 12/07/2018.

2. In view of the same this Court does not find any substantial change in circumstances for taking a different stand than that has been taken on the previous date on 12/07/2018.

3. Moreover, the counsel for the applicant further admits that the evidence before the trial Court has already commenced and two of the witnesses have already been examined.

4. Given the facts, this Court does not find any strong case made out for grant of bail at this juncture. The trial Court is directed to ensure that the witness on behalf of the prosecution be summoned and examined at the earliest and the trial itself be concluded as expeditiously as possible.
