2. By the communication -Annexure P/1, the petitioner was informed by a Provisional Allotment Letter- Annexure P/7 that she has been allotted to get admission at the GNM Training Center, Hospital Compound, Dantewada, District Dantewada,
Chhattisgarh. However, on account of defect occurring against the column "father's name", she is not admitted to said course.
3. A perusal of Annexure P/7 would indicate that as against the name of petitioner's father, name of her mother is mentioned. The mistake occurred as the petitioner wrongly mentioned the name of her mother as against the column "father's name" in the registration form -Annexure P/6.
4. Considering the nature of mistake or the defect in the registration form and for the fact that for such trivial defect, the petitioner would lose opportunity to pursue the GNM Training Course, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that on petitioner's moving representation before respondent No.2 for correction in the registration form, the same shall be allowed and thereafter, fresh allotment letter be issued to the petitioner allowing admission in the GNM Training Course at the GNM Training Centre, Hospital Compound, Dantewada, District Dantewada, Chhattisgarh.
5. Let the representation be filed by the petitioner within a week and thereafter, needful be done by respondent No.2 within next two weeks. Sd/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Judge Shyna
