In compliance of order of this Court dated 02.7.2021, report of Superintendent of Jail, Dhamtari (CG) vide Memo No.1546 dated 07.7.2021 has been received wherein it has been stated that after completion of jail sentence, the applicant has been released from the District Jail, Dhamtari on 08.7.2020. He has also paid his fine amount.

In view of the above, since the applicant has already completed his jail sentence, the revision petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, instant revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
