1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner and his wife both are in government job and they were posted at Kabirdham, they jointly requested for transfer to Rajnandgaon. The application for the petitioner was considered and he has been transferred to Rajnandgaon, however, the transfer of the wife of the petitioner was not done, therefore, the petitioner made an application to the Director Veterinary Services to keep the husband & wife at one place, however, the same is not been done eventually an application (Annexure P-3) was filed,

which is pending consideration and the same may be directed to be decided.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petitioner is given the liberty to make afresh representation in this regard before the respondent No.1 stating all the facts within a period of 3 weeks from today and on such representation being filed, the said respondent shall decide the same according to the transfer policy at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the representation.
