1. It is contended that the petitioner is working as Lecturer and in the State Gradation List his name was shown at serial No.743 as per Annexure P-3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that when the DEO published the gradation list, the name of the petitioner was inadvertently left out in Annexure P-5 dated 31.10.2019, therefore, the petitioner made an application to the DEO vide Annexure P-1 to consider his application and the name of the petitioner may be added in the gradation list.

2. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the DEO respondent No.4 is directed to consider and re-examine the fact that as to how the name of the petitioner has been left out in the gradation list prepared by him and if the apparent error is found he will amend the same within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.
