1. The challenge in the present writ petition is of Annexure P-5 termination order of the petitioner passed by the respondent No.1.

2. Perusal of the records would show that the petitioner substantively was an employee of the respondent No.1 which is a Co-Operative Societies registered under the respondent No.2.

3. Given the facts that the respondent No.1 is a Co-operative Society and the provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act is applicable upon the petitioner. This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this juncture on the ground of the petitioner having an efficacious statutory alternative remedy.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, reserving right to the petitioner to raise a dispute before the authorities under the Co-Operative Societies Act challenging the order of termination.
