On due consideration, the application is allowed and the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned. MCC No.1002/2018 1.

This is an application for restoration of WPL No.200/2013, which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated

08.01.2014.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPL No.200/2013 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to the High Court of Chhattisgarh Bar Association Library Fund within a period of one week from today.

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within a week, this order shall lose its efficacy.
