Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that as per the order dated 03.02.2021, the Collector has already passed the order that out of a government land bearing Khasra No. 339/1 admeasuring 13.23 Hectares, 5.05 acres has to be transferred in favour of Jhamuk Lal Verma. Since Jhamuk Lal Verma has died on 14.01.2021, as such, the benefit would accrue to his legal heirs.

Since on the date of order 03.02.2021 Jhamuk Lal Verma had died and he was the beneficiary, as such, the applicant may file the necessary application before the Collector Bemetara to give the effect of order dated 03.02.2021 in their favour. If such an application is filed within a period of 30 days, necessary orders thereof may be passed within a further period of 45 days.
4. In view of the order dated 03.02.2021, no further adjudication would be required and the contempt petition stands disposed off.
