1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 04.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) where the petitioner has been transferred from the post of Block Education Officer, Tilda, District : Raipur to Block Education Officer, Bhatapara, District : Balodabazar, Bhatapara.

2. The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that he is being subjected to frequent transfer. According to him he was posted at the present place of posting only vide order dated 11.08.2017, which to was implemented only in March 2018. That in less than six months time, the petitioner has again being subjected to transfer by the impugned order. The contention of the petitioner is that pursuant to the assembly election in the State, the petitioner as well as the respondent No.3 have not been released to either of the place.

3. Given the said facts and circumstance of this case, let the petitioner file a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 in this regard supported with all relevant documents and the respondent No.1 in turn shall take a fresh decision so far as, the petitioner's transfer is concerned within a period of 60 days. Till then the effect an operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner and the respondent No.3 is concerned shall remain stayed.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
