Learned Counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement, which is stated in the order dated 13.11.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision No.669 of 2017. It is their further submission that the order of dismissal of the revision as withdrawn may be modified and in place thereof the revision may be ordered to be disposed of.

On due consideration of the joint submission, second paragraph of the order of the revision is modified and accordingly, now, it be read as follows:

"2.

On the basis of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the revision is disposed of." 3.
