The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to allow the petitioner to give her interview for the vacant seat of the BDS course, so that her complete years will not go waste.
10.3 That, any other writs and direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case be granted to the petitioner."

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Deputy Advocate General for the State/Respondent No. 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the State, after getting instructions, that the petitioner is not entitled to get any relief in connection with the admission sought for the course of BDS for the fact that she was not registered for being considered at the relevant time. It is also pointed out that the last notification in respect of the 'third mop up round' was issued on 12.09.2019 and the proceedings were finalised and admissions were closed on 15.09.2019, in terms of the cut off date fixed by the Hon'ble Apex Court and the Dental Council of India. 4.
The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits with reference to Annexure P/5 that the Petitioner had attempted to get herself registered but due to technical difficulties, her name could not be registered. 5.
Be that as it may, the cut off date for admission has already been crossed and the admissions have been closed on 15.09.2019. No relief can be extended to the Petitioner at the hands of this Court even invoking the discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 6.
