1. Since the agreement period of the petitioner itself has now got completed and there is no order of renewal in favour of the petitioner, neither is there any specific order of the respondents for closing down the Canteen, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner in the present writ petition for the relief sought for. However, since the petitioner has not been debarred in any manner from participating in the subsequent tender, he would be entitled for participating in the subsequent tender and would also be entitled for any preferential right, if any, in terms of the agreement earlier granted.

2. So far as the loss occurred to the petitioner, he would have other remedies open for ventilating his grievance.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
