In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.438/2015 (Prahlad Tiwari vs Steel Authority of India Limited and another) on 29.10.2015, the issue involved in the present writ petition pertaining to petitioner's right and entitlement to obtain renewal of lease has to be agitated before the jurisdictional Civil Court.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to maintain a duly constituted suit before the jurisdictional Civil Court in terms of the law laid down by the Division Bench in the matter of Prahlad Tiwari (supra).
