2. It appears, after our order dated 27.03.2019 in WA No.345 of 2017, the aggrieved daily wagers namely; Kuleshwar Singh and Mohan Kewat have not preferred any individual

CONT No. 1009 of 2019 representation but a legal notice was sent on their behalf. It may not amount to filing representation.

3. Let the aggrieved daily wager namely; Kuleshwar Singh and Mohan Kewat file individual representation before the concerned competent authority within a month from today and thereafter the representation shall be decided by a reasoned order in accordance with law, as stated in order dated 27.03.2019 within a period of three months from the date of representation.
