1. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a duly constituted appeal afresh. However, he prays for return of certified copy of the impugned award.

2. As per Office report, the cost of Rs.500/- imposed by this Court on the appellant vide order dated 26.02.2019 has not yet been deposited.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- by the

appellant in compliance of the order dated 26.02.2019.
