Counsel for the respondent No. 2 has moved an application for cancellation of the bailable warrant ordered by this Court. Learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the order has since been complied with as early as on 26.02.2020 and the entire suspension period stands regularized as period spent on duty and his pensionary benefits have accordingly been ordered to be determined, this aspect is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, the order of issuance of bailable warrant passed by this Court on 13.08.2021 stands cancelled and accepting the contentions made by the counsel appearing on either side, the contempt proceedings as of now stands disposed of and the respondents stand discharged from the contempt proceedings.
