The counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the department has scrutinized the GPF Account of the petitioner and have finally decided the matter on 18.04.2019. Vide the said decision, the department has found the petitioner to still have a negative balance of Rs. 93,210/-.

Given the said facts, since the department has taken a decision vide Order dated 18.04.2019 nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present Contempt Petition. The petitioner if at all, is aggrieved by the subsequent order then he would have the liberty to challenge the same by way of fresh petition.
