Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner does not want to contest this petition on merits. However, he prays that the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide his pending representation dated 10.12.2018 for grant of Inter State Regular Stage Carriage Permit on the route from Raipur to Bhawanipatna via Mahasamund, Bagbahara, Khariyar Road, Nuwapada, Rajakhariyar, Chandotara, Mahaling, Kegaon, Golabhunda, Dharamgarh, Junagarh and one single trip daily before the Respondent No.1, as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that if the above application is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of the foregoing, according to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication. 4.
