The order (Annexure-P-1) passed by the SDO (Revenue), Baghbahara, District Mahasamund in exercise of powers under Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 is appealable under Section 91 of the Adhiniyam, 1993, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.
