1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation that the petitioner has made seeking for compensation.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner so far as grant of compensation is concerned at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh representation to the respondent pursuant to the order passed by this Court.
