During the course of argument the counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner had also participated in the said recruitment process and have been selected in a different college and he has also given joining and at the place where the petitioner was previously working, a different candidate has already been selected and has joined his services. In the given facts, since the advertisement under challenge has already been acted upon and also executed, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant Writ Petition. Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off as having become infructuous.
