1. Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he may be permitted to make a representation to the respondent authorities so far as assurance that respondents had given while the property of the petitioner was purchased by respondent No.2 as contended by the counsel for the petitioner.
2. To this limited prayer, counsel for the respondent does not have any objection subject to verification of facts and record.
3. Given the said facts, writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation to the respondents who turn shall decide the same in accordance with terms and conditions and policy prevalent at the time of purchase of the property of the petitioner by the respondents.
4. Subject to the petitioner making a representation within 30 days from today, the respondents shall decide the same within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
