Limited grievance of the petitioner is that the application for change of timing in Regular Stage Carriage Permit No.2362/B/2005 is pending since 03.10.2019 and direction may be issued to the respondents to decide the same expeditiously. 2.

State Counsel has no objection, if any such direction is issued to the respondents.

The present Writ Petition is accordingly disposed-off directing the respondents to decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 03.10.2019, if already not decided, expeditiously preferably within a

-2period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and it would be for the competent authority to act strictly in accordance with law.
