Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner does not want to contest this petition on merits. However, he prays that the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide his pending representation dated 20.06.2019 for curtail of route from Khamhi to Koylari (17 Kms) and extension of route from Chilfy to Kodwagodan via Manki, Dindori, Naorangpur, Ramhepur (23 KM) in Regular Stage Carriage Permit No. 463/B/2017 on the route Bilaspur to Koylari via Kota, Lormi, Khamhi, Bodtara and one return trip daily before the Respondent No.1, as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that if the above application is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of the foregoing, according to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication. 4.
