Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner does not want to contest this case on merits. However, prays that the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide pending representation dated 28.08.2019 for curtail of route from Adbhar to Kharsia and Extension of route from Adbhar to Rivadih and change of time in regular Stage Carriage Permit No.630/B/2018 on the route Kharsia to Champa via Bhadrimod, Adbhar, Sakti, Baradwar and one return trip daily.

Learned State counsel would submit that the application of the petitioner shall be considered and decided in accordance with law on its own merits as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of the foregoing, according to counsel for the petitioner nothing survives for adjudication.
