Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner by order dated 8/11/2019 has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Project, Kharsiya, District Raigarh to Integrated Child Development Project, Batauli, District Surguja. It is stated that transferred place is 200 kms away. It is stated that by order dated 27/07/2019 husband of the petitioner is placed at Government Primary School, Mithilapur, Block Gharghoda, District Raigarh whereas the petitioner has been transferred to Batauli, District Surguja. It is stated that as per policy of the State normally the husband and wife are to be kept at the same place. 2.
Perused the document. Perusal of the document Annexure P-2 would show that husband of the petitioner Chandramani Jayaswal by order dated 27/07/2019 has placed at Government Primary School, Mithilapur, Block Gharghoda, District Raigarh. Considering the fact, it is
directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today to the respondent No.1. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated 8/11/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to if it has not been executed.
