1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner's land was acquired by the respondents, however, as per the rehabilitation policy of the State of the year 2005, he has not been given any job on some pretext or other and the petitioner is deprived to get the benefits of policy. Therefore, to know the exact position, the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation to the respondents.

3. Prima facie on perusal of the documents nothing can be assumed and the petitioner as appears is not able to place his grievance before this Court. In such circumstances, in order to ascertain the facts as prayed by the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation within a period of 4 weeks from today before the respondents No.2 & 3 and the respondents in turn shall decide the same by a speaking order within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the representation.
