1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was transferred from Government Higher Secondary School Pithora, District Mahasamund to Government Maharani Laxmibai Girls Higher Secondary School, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur and accordingly she was relived on 14.10.2019 by the District Education Officer, Mahasamund by Annexure P-2. However, when the petitioner had given joining to the District Education Officer, Bilaspur by Annexure P-3, her joining has not been accepted. Therefore, the respondent No.2 & 3 may be directed to take final call on the application of joining by the petitioner.

2. Perusal of the documents show that the petitioner having been transferred from Govt. Higher Secondary School Pithora to Govt. Maharani Laxmibai Girls Higher Secondary School Bilaspur, she was relieved by the letter/order dated 14.10.2019 by the District Education

Officer, Mahasamund, but when she has given the joining to the District Education Officer, Bilaspur, no decision is being taken. Considering the fact, the respondent No.2 & 3 are directed to take final decision within an outer limit of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
