The grievance of the Petitioner is that Petitioner was assigned the work order for installation of 35 units of Biometrics Attendance System into the 35 schools of Block Development of Jashpur, Bagicha and Kanshabale. 2.

According to the counsel for the Petitioner, he had completed the work as per scheduled and submitted his bills to the respondents but till date Bills have not been processed by the respondents. The Petitioner has been making repeated representation to the authorities but no decision yet has been taken.

Given the limited grievance that the Petitioner has made, this Court is of the opinion that, ends of justice would meet, if the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No. 2 to immediately consider the representation of the Petitioner and decide the same in accordance with the terms of agreement entered into with the Petitioner at the earliest preferably with a period of 3 months from today. 4.

The decision of the respondents shall be subject to the verification of the records, particularly, in respect of completion of work. 5.
