The writ petition in the instant case was filed for grant of salary for the period between June 2018 to September 2018. Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that after the disposal of the writ petition, the matter was duly scrutinized and Annexure R-2 has been passed on 17.12.2019 and it has been found that since the petitioners have not in-fact discharged their duties during the said period, they have not been paid the salary and the representation of the petitioner have been rejected. Given the said submission by the Counsel for the respondent, the contempt petition at this juncture is disposed of, reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the subsequent development and the order passed by the respondents vide Annexure R-2 dated 17.12.2019.
