Perused the PUD dated 24.11.2018 sent by Additional Sessions Judge (FTC) and Additional Incharge Special Court under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribe (Atrocities) Act, Rajnandgaon wherein it has been prayed for extension of further time of three months to conclude the trial in the matter of Raju Gond @ Mehtaaf Khan Versus The State of Chhattisgarh. 3.

As prayed, further time of three months is granted to the trial Court to conclude the same.
