Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order on Board 14-02-2020 After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition and avail the same remedy which is available to him before the Sessions Court. Therefore, this petition is disposed off and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file revision petition before the Sessions Court. The Sessions Court is directed to consider the petition to be filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.
