1. The Applicant has filed this second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 350/2019 registered at police station Kawardha, District kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 469 and 120-B/34 of the IPC.

2. First bail application was dismissed on merits vide order dated 05.11.2019 passed in MCRCA No.1346/2019.

3. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the case diary.

4. Since, first bail application of the Applicant has been already rejected on merits and in this second bail application no any new ground have been raised by the Applicant therefore, the present application deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
