The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful noncompliance of the order dated 27/08/2018 passed in WPS No. 4969/2018. 2.

The direction in the said Writ Petition was that, the objection which the petitioner has raised in respect of the recruitment to the post of Gram Rojgar Sahayak on contract basis be decided objectively. 3.

The respondents have entered appearance and filed their reply whereby they have enclosed document R/1 dated 06/02/2019 which show that the - objection of the petitioner was considered and the same has since been decided.

Given the fact that the respondents have decided the objection of the petitioner this Court is of the opinion that the substantial compliance appears to have been done.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the subsequent decision in case if he intends to challenge the same, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed off and the respondents stands discharged of the contempt proceedings.
